About Your Home Inspector

Thomas “Todd” Lenzini has lived in Central Florida for 35 years. With a family of 4 and a home of his own, he understands the need for high quality home inspections. Todd is a trained Aircraft Mechanic, and has worked in the new home building industry as a superintendent; working closely with families to identify areas of improvement in their new homes.

After needing an updated inspection, and wind-mitigation to lower the price of his own home insurance, Todd felt passionate about starting a high quality home inspection company to help others in the Central Florida community who are in need of detailed and accurate inspections, which often provide relief from rising home insurance premiums.

Todd is a hands-on inspector, and looks forward to working with you and your family!
